Summer Learning Journey
Week 2.
Activity 2: School Strike For Climate
List three things you have learned from reading about this site.
What 3 things have you learned?
In your blog post include a photo of you doing something to help the enviroment. Heer is a photo of me helping the enviroment by cleaning the creek by my house.-------------------------------------------------->
Here are the 3 things I learnt from this site:
1. School Strike 4 Climate is run by students of all ages from cities, towns from all over Australia and all have one goal. Which is the concern for the future of our planet.
2. That students in Australia are striking from school to demand politicons to take our planets future seriously, and treat like a crisis because that's what it is.
3. That the School Strike 4 Climate is school student-led, decentralised, grassroots, non-partisans, non-violent, mission focused, inclusive, ambitious, creative and an organization that will continue to grow.
Thank you for reading this🙋

Kia ora Georgia,
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your findings around this activity. It is great to see that you have made connections between what you have read and the questions.
Your answers talk about Australia a lot, it made me wonder what the response was from New Zealand students. Did you find out anything about that?
Thanks for sharing Georgia,
