What would you bring on a 3 week tip across the sea?

Here is my shopping list before I leave to go to sea.
Only ten items......

1. Tinned Pineapple. They will be good for a daily fruit intake, lots
of vitamin B-6, and once I finish the fruit I can drink the liquid so I
don't get dehydrated and the juice is amazing!

2. Oranges. They are nice and juicy, and I can eat them as well as liquid.
Lots of vitamins C and A.

3. Coconut Water. Good for skin and hair and keeps me hydrated.
Something nice to drink!

4. Rice. Rice is one of the best foods in the world! Rice can fill you up,
keeps you going and is known for it's potassium which helps the body
reduce toxins.

5. Plums. Plums are my all time favourite fruit! I like them when
 they are hard not soft.

6. Trail Mix. Eating a daily portion of nuts and dry fruits delivers a nutricious
dose of antioxidants, protein, unsaturated fats, fiber, vitamin E,
 Omega-3 fatty acids.

7. Water. Lots of water! Water will keep me hydrated and I can

use it for cooking and cleaning!

as well as being low in fat and calories. They also contain Iron, Zinc and are a good source of B vitamins.

9. Pretzels. Pretzels are a good carb! I love to snack on them all the time.

10. Chocolate! Milk not Dark! In my opinion dark is disgusting!
I cant go without chocolate it is delicous!!!
