Week 4.

Activity 2: Plot Points

for this activity, imagine that you had the chance to write your own movie. What would it be about? Who would be your main characters? What are the important events that take place? On your blog, provide us with a synopsis (overview) of your movie. In particular, tell us the name of your movie, the main events that  take place in your movie and the names of the main characters. 

If I was able to write a movie I would base it on a short story I wrote during this 2020 quarintine. My short story that is the base of the story. 

Creature From the Deep

It came from the sea, calmly at first. An enormous, slithering tentacle slowly oozing its way over the top of the sea wall, exploring the metal and concrete shapes with suckers the size of your front door. Then, as more and more people came, and shrieks and cries of alarmed filled the air, the creature became angry. All hell broke loose................ In an almighty tangle of limbs and water and buildings and people, the beast came violently exploding out of the frothing water. The normally sturdy metal supports of the buildings groaned under the extreme weight of gigantic tentacles crushing them. Panic! Complete panic set in! Everyone wondered. But where had the creature come from? What did it want? How could anybody stop it? There wasn't any time for people to think. Only to run................
