Summer Learning Journey
Week 3.
Day 4: iMoko


For this activity please think about your own health and well-being (hauora). What do you, or those in your family, do to stay healthy? On your blog share five things you do to stay healthy and strong.

1. Going for walks each day as a family.
2.  I cook healthy and YUMMY! Food for my family every night.
3. Drinking plenty of water during the day.
4. Keeping my brain active and healthy by doing school work everyday and doing a lot of exercise. I also play rummikub with my whanau.
5. Sleeping for a longer period of time, etc. Going to bed earlier, not waking up super early.
Up in the right hand corner are a picture of healthy foods, I personally like all these foods.
